Last Christmas
It looked like this....Pic Courtesy: Me
Location: Our backyard, Montreal, Canada
Mood: I wailed to every willing ear about how dull and mono-chrome it looked. Not to mention cold.
This Christmas, however, it looked like this
Pic Courtesy: Me
Location: View from our patio, Boston, US
Mood: I lamented about how some things just aren't as sacred as they ought to be. Imagine a Christmas without snow.

Greetings from Chile
Nice pics. It's 52 deg here, and I am not even gonna say snow, it's gotta get cold first. Strange weather!

Ha! Ha! watch out before you whine!
Last christmas it was 82 in Dallas on Christmas, this year it was 50- not bad, eh?
for some reason I thought you lived in the midwest...didn't one of your earlier posts say chicago?
anyway, your post proves that canada is more beautiful than USA :)
He he...the first pic was actually gorgeous! I guess the grass is always greener in the other country or rather....the snow's always whiter...err...hope that made sense! :)

guaripolo: thanks and welcome :)
sanjay: on 'good' days it reaches the 50s here too. But it sure is strange weather.
rooma: yes, thats like India - and when I was there - I cudnt care less how the weather was...
art: we have a chintu-sa patio. Sometimes I wish we were here in the summers so we cud sit outside and have our tea.....
In india I obsessed about Diwali - Christmas i barely noticed - I was too busy making sure I met my targets :)
orchid: Dont you think there's something wrong with the weather this year? Its much warmer than it used to be...
@: We did stay in Chicago for a while - so you're right about that.
Canada is defi more snow-ier though this year its not snowing a lot there too.
tharini: The funny thing is - this year it hasnt snowed much there too....
The first picture is lovely,I know too much snow and cold is no fun I live in Toronto so I can totally understand.I really don't mind the snow that much,it makes me appreciate summers more and after staying in South India where it's only either hot, hotter or hottest it's blasphemous for me to even complain! So I say try to enjoy it!
Great pictures! I hope it snows here soon.
I love dreary/gloomy weather, so it didn't bother me all too much, but thanks for the encouragement!
Happy New Year!
fuzzy: You bet - one appreciates summers so much more - now that one has been thru winters.
Vi - O good for you - gloomy weather really pulls me down.
And a very Happy new year to you too!
I lived in MA for a while too. What part of MA were you based in? I miss it. :(
